FRIDAY NIGHT OUT

Friday Night Out provides funding for transportation and appropriate adult supervision for social events.  Each partnering school district chooses the outing, for example, dinner and an activity.  While enjoying a fun evening, students are building independent skills, such as building friendships, placing their dinner orders, socializing, and engaging in conversations. The program is open to junior high and high school and extended services teens who have an Individualized Education Plan,

An added bonus is that the Friday Night Out program provides an evening of respite for parents and caregivers.
