Overview
The ETA Rising Star Award helps young Elvis Tribute Artists who are interested in competing for an ETA title. The winning prize is:
- The Lovis Foundation will give $1000 that can be used for costume expenses, competition fees or travel expenses.
- B&K Enterprises Costume Company will give a $1000 discount off a $2500 jumpsuit or a 40% discount if the purchase is under $2500.
Requirements
For consideration in the ETA Rising Star Award, an applicant must:
- Be 16-23 years old
- Be interested in competing in ETA contests
- Submit a completed application
Selection Process
ETA Rising Star Award nominations are reviewed by the Lovis Foundation Board, B&K Enterprises Costume Company and a representation from the Elvis fan community.
The ETA Rising Star Award does not discriminate against its applicants based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, creed, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
The winner will be selected based on their application, essay and talent.
Timeline
Nomination applications are due on Sunday, April 5, 2020.
The winner will be notified by Sunday, April 19, 2020.
